Community Guidelines
The shared rules that help adults meet face to face with consent, clear boundaries, and control.
Last updated September 13, 2026
Respect and consent come first
FTFLive connects adults for live one-on-one video. Every interaction must respect consent, boundaries, privacy, and the right to leave.
A match is permission to begin a conversation—not permission for sexual behavior, recording, repeated contact, pressure, or sharing someone’s information.
Adults only
- You must be 18 or older to use FTFLive.
- Never create, request, share, or sexualize content involving a minor or someone who appears to be a minor.
- Do not encourage a minor to hide their age or move a conversation to another service.
- If you suspect a minor is using the service or appears in content, leave and report immediately. Do not download or redistribute the material.
Sexual content and boundaries
Do not show nudity or explicit sexual activity in public discovery areas, profile media, or an unsolicited call. Feature-specific labels may impose additional restrictions.
Any adult interaction must involve consenting adults and comply with the rules shown for that feature and the law where each person is located. Stop immediately when consent is withdrawn or unclear.
No harassment, hate, or threats
- No bullying, stalking, sexual harassment, coercion, blackmail, or repeated unwanted contact.
- No credible threats, encouragement of violence, or praise of violent extremist activity.
- No attacks or exclusion based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
- No sharing another person’s private information or threatening to expose a conversation or image.
Be authentic—do not scam
- Do not impersonate another person, creator, company, or FTFLive representative.
- Do not solicit passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, government IDs, or other sensitive information.
- Do not run romance, investment, cryptocurrency, gift-card, advance-fee, or payment-reversal scams.
- Do not misrepresent availability, call pricing, identity, location, or the purpose of a payment.
No illegal or harmful content
- No non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or content captured without the required consent.
- No instructions or transactions involving illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, malware, or other illegal goods or services.
- No graphic violence, cruelty, self-harm encouragement, or content intended to shock or terrorize.
- No spam, malicious links, mass promotion, or content that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights.
Protect privacy
Do not record, screenshot, rebroadcast, identify, or redistribute another person’s call or content without the permission and legal basis required where you live.
Keep your own address, financial details, passwords, official identifiers, workplace, and precise location private. Remember that another participant may capture what appears on their screen even when FTFLive does not provide a recording button.
Protect the service
- Do not use bots, automation, scraping, fake engagement, or multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
- Do not interfere with matching, calls, payments, moderation, reporting, or access controls.
- Do not exploit or publicly disclose a security weakness in a way that risks users; report it through the official support route.
- Do not sell accounts, coins, access, or moderation decisions.
Block, report, and leave
Leave immediately when an interaction feels unsafe. Block an account to limit further contact and report conduct that may violate these Guidelines.
Reports should identify the relevant profile or interaction and briefly explain what happened. False or retaliatory reports are also a violation. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
How enforcement works
Depending on severity, context, history, and legal obligations, FTFLive may warn a user, remove content, limit discovery or calling, restrict purchases, suspend an account, terminate access, preserve records, or refer a matter to appropriate authorities.
These Guidelines apply across profiles, short videos, messages, calls, gifts, and support interactions. We may update them as risks and product features change.
