How can we help?

Practical answers for starting a call, fixing device problems, understanding costs, and staying in control.

Start a video chat

  • Open Match and choose Start Video Chat.
  • Allow camera and microphone access when your browser asks.
  • Check your preview, then enter the matching flow.
  • Stay when the conversation feels right, or leave and try another match.

Camera or microphone is not working

  • Confirm that your browser permission is set to Allow for ftfcam.com.
  • Close other apps or tabs that may be using the camera or microphone.
  • Check that the correct device is selected in your system settings.
  • Reload FTFLive after changing a permission.
  • If the problem continues, restart the browser and try a current browser version.

A match does not connect

A connection can take longer when few compatible people are available or when a network is unstable. FTFLive should show an honest waiting or error state rather than pretending a call is connected.

  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if one connection is unstable.
  • Turn off a VPN temporarily if it blocks real-time media.
  • Check that camera and microphone permissions remain allowed.
  • Leave the waiting state and start a new match.

Coins, prices, and paid actions

Opening FTFLive and browsing available experiences does not cost anything. Some matches, selected calls, gifts, or premium actions may use coins.

The current coin cost or price is shown before you confirm a paid action. Do not continue if the price is unclear. Purchase history and wallet screens are the source of truth for completed transactions.

Accounts, follows, and chats

You can start matching, call and message without logging in. Follows and messages remain subject to availability, privacy settings, blocks, and moderation actions.

  • Open Chats to find your saved conversations.
  • Never share passwords or one-time verification codes.
  • If another person no longer appears, they may be offline, unavailable, blocked, removed, or no longer permitting contact.

Block or report someone

Leave a call immediately if you feel uncomfortable. Use Block to prevent further contact from an account and Report to send an incident for review.

  • Report harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual content, suspected minors, or illegal activity.
  • Include the relevant profile or conversation and a concise description.
  • Do not provoke the person or redistribute harmful content to collect more evidence.
