Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with FTFLive

These Terms of Service govern your access to ftfcam.com and the FTFLive matching, profile, discovery, messaging, calling, wallet, safety, and support features.

By accessing or using FTFLive, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms shown for a purchase or feature also apply to that transaction or feature.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
• You may not use FTFLive if your account was previously removed for a serious or repeated violation, unless the service expressly allows your return.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your access, content, communications, and purchases.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law says otherwise.

Do not sell, share, rent, or transfer an account. Notify support through the in-product flow if you believe an account has been compromised. FTFLive will not ask for your password or one-time verification code.

4. The service

FTFLive helps adults meet through one-on-one video and may provide profiles, short introductions, follows, messages, selected calls, gifts, and premium features. Availability varies by person, region, device, account, and time.

A displayed profile, availability indicator, or recommendation does not guarantee that a person will answer, remain available, continue a conversation, or agree to future contact. FTFLive may change, test, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines and respect another person’s consent and boundaries.

• Do not involve minors or anyone you reasonably suspect is under 18.
• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or discriminate against others.
• Do not distribute illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not scrape accounts, automate abusive activity, bypass access or payment controls, interfere with calls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Do not record or redistribute another person’s call or content without the permission and legal basis required where you live.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant here. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, display, send, or stream it.

You grant FTFLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and transmit your content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, and enforce the service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for legal, safety, backup, and enforcement copies retained as permitted by law.

7. Coins, prices, and purchases

• The product shows the current price or coin cost before a paid action is confirmed.
• Coins are a limited digital service balance, not legal tender, and have no cash value unless applicable law or the purchase terms expressly require otherwise.
• Taxes, payment-provider terms, store rules, renewal conditions, and refund rights shown at checkout may also apply.
• Purchases are generally final after delivery or consumption except where the checkout terms or applicable law provide a refund or cancellation right.
• Do not initiate a payment you do not understand or use a payment method without authorization.

8. Safety and moderation

FTFLive may use automated systems and human review to detect, investigate, and respond to violations. We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, preserve relevant records, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, law, or service integrity.

Blocking and reporting tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee another person’s identity, intentions, behavior, or compliance. Leave any interaction that feels unsafe and contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

9. FTFLive rights

FTFLive and its licensors own the service software, design, branding, documentation, and other protected materials, excluding user content. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.

FTFLive is independent from FTF.live. No right to use another service’s account, balance, content, trademarks, or data is provided.

10. Disclaimers

FTFLive is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular match, a minimum number of available people, a successful call, or a specific social or financial outcome.

People you meet are responsible for their own statements and conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FTFLive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by another user, unauthorized recording, network failure, unavailable matches, or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

12. Ending access and changes

You may stop using FTFLive at any time. Account deletion, purchase history, unused balances, and retained safety or transaction records are handled according to the product flow, purchase terms, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

We may update these Terms for product, safety, legal, or operational reasons. Material updates will be presented through the service or this page as required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where legally permitted.

Use the Help Center and signed-in support routes for questions about these Terms. Rights and protections that cannot be limited under applicable law remain unaffected.
